ASP F series is our most extensive solution of progressive cavity pump for hygienic and semi-hygienic applications. This series is designed to have a very easily cleanable interior and exterior. Designed to have no open crevices inside the pump leaves no place for the product to dwell and jam. Even the joints inside the pump are made with high surface finishes to allow easy cleaning with CIP and SIP cycles of the system. One look at the pump and you will go “Oh so clean”. This series can also be supplied with heating jackets on casing and stator for maintaining pumped media temperature. Sealing options are extensive as well, the pump can be supplied with cartridge type mechanical seal with flush, quench and jacketed arrangement, with gland packing and with dynamic seal arrangement. Inlet ports for CIP/SIP system compatibility can also be provided at the right places on the pump. The pump is designed as a close coupled pump with its shaft end directly coupled to a motor or geared motor which makes it compact saving on space. You cannot go wrong with ASP F series.
